An answer to the Gulf oil spill?

C.W. Roberts is a contracting company based in Florida. They've come up with a simple, environmentally-friendly but seemingly effective way to deal with that monstrous oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Two of the company's employees demonstrate how it would work in this YouTube video:
